3. Conversation content

Screenshots and text you share are used to generate reply suggestions for you. We aim to process this content only to produce suggestions — not to build profiles of the people you talk to.

4. How we use information

To generate and improve suggestions, operate and secure your account, and provide support.

5. AI processing

Your context may be processed by trusted AI providers to generate replies. We share only what's needed to produce a suggestion.

6. Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who help run Zivo, under confidentiality obligations.

7. Data retention

We keep information while your account is active or as needed to run the service. Deleting your account removes your associated data.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise them.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.

10. Children

Zivo is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
